Rashida Hobbs-Jones

Rashida Hobbs-Jones is a children's book Author, Podcast Host, Motivational Speaker and Facilitator, Educational Leader, Consultant, Activist, and Black Feminist. As the daughter that comes from a family saturated in social justice issues, Rashida was determined at an early age that she would be a co-conspirator in dismantling systematic racism and oppression.

Rashida Hobbs-Jones brings over a decade of teaching and serving in executive leadership roles in K-12 and higher education. In addition to currently serving as an executive school leader coach, professional development trainer, and consultant, Rashida is also the founder of Black Women in Educational Leadership. As a professional facilitator and speaker, Rashida provides high-quality interactive and engaging workshops around equity - Rashida's passion - leadership tenets, diversity and inclusion, cultural competency and sensitivity, and growth in K-12 and higher learning education.
