We need to hire a person of color! We need a woman quickly! Hurry, get me a Black man! Can we think of a Muslim we have around here that will make us appear as a diverse organization to the public? Did you hear about what rumor is spreading about the organization throughout media outlets? We have no BIPOC on the leadership team - we need to get one – hire a Black woman as that will serve as two demographics for the price of one!
