Black Women in Educational Leadership is a social media and organizational haven that aims to engage in authentic conversations and vulnerability concerning topics of misogynoir and leadership communally used to affirm the experiences of Black women leaders, to educate others, and transcend societal limitations.

Did you hear about what rumor is spreading about the organization throughout media outlets? We have no BIPOC on the leadership team - we need to get one – hire a Black woman as that will serve as two demographics for the price of one!
